By using our platform and services, including courses, coaching sessions, workbooks, and products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Changes to Terms

Solvanta reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Use of Website and Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the website for personal and professional development in alignment with our spiritual growth offerings. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Purchases and Enrollment

All enrollments and purchases are processed through our secure system. If you have questions prior to enrollment, please reach out via our contact form. Fees, schedules, and descriptions are provided in the course or product details at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

For one-on-one coaching sessions and live events, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund, less a non-refundable deposit of 10%. If you cancel within 7 days, a 50% refund is available or you may opt to reschedule up to two times at no additional fee. After the service date, no refund will be provided due to the nature of live interaction and preparatory work involved.

5.2 Information Products

For digital courses, workbooks, and downloadable guides, requests for cancellation and refund can be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not yet accessed the materials. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, all sales are final given the digital format.

5.3 Physical Goods

For books, crystals, ceremonial tools, and other items, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item arrives defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund through the same channel used for the purchase or offer store credit upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, and content are the property of Solvanta and are protected by copyright and other rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solvanta provides guidance and educational resources intended for personal growth. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvanta’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.
